A special congratulation goes out to the following KNIGHTS All Decade Performers:
1st Team Receiver: Bruce Armstrong
Bruce’ stellar contribution to the Knights perennial lethal air attack was a key to early success for the Knights in the EFC and a competitive transition to the MFL where he routinely provided a 60 min competitive match up for all DB’s who faced him.

2nd Team Quarterback: Daniel “Vince” Williams
Danny is perhaps one the most competitive QB’s and celebrated players in league history. Throughout his time with the Knights he was the key to one of the leagues perennially dominant Air attacks with his best season coming in 2008 when he was named the MFL Most Outstanding Player. As a recognized NS Official and member of the 2010 Canadian Senior National Flagg team the Knights are proud to recognize the accomplishments of one of their most celebrated players both on and off the field.

2nd Team Running Back: Ryan Moxsom
Ryan epitomizes what it means to be an MFL player in the eyes of his fellow Knights. After beginning his career as an RB, Ryan has transitioned from the offensive side of the ball almost seamlessly as a team captain and All Star Linebacker the past two seasons. In the true spirit of the MFL he embodies the put me in coach mentality that is surely a core characteristic in all members of the 10th Anniversary MFL Team.

2nd Team Running Back: Mike Lynds
Know for his intimidating and relentless rushing style as well as his dominant physical presence on the field, Mike was terrorizing force out of the back field for the Knights. His diverse skills set complimented and balanced the Knights air attack helping lead the Knights offence to EFC dominance and its first MFL Mariner Bowl.

2nd Team D-Line: Brad Brooks
Brad has been a long standing reliable and constant force as one of the games most demanding positions. With the ability to play both inside and out along the D-line and as a steady force in all areas of special teams, Brads contribution to the success of any Knights D has been unquestioned.

2nd Team D-Line: Grant Miles
As one of the leagues premiere pass rushers Grants impact is present in every game. Respected for his high motor and game day effort the Knights All time leading sack master is also a reorganized member of the 2010 Canadian Senior National Flagg team and recognized member of the NS football community for exploits on the field in various leagues.

2nd Team Line Backer: Rich Barry
Rich is the backbone of the Knights franchise. Serving as Team President, Captain, Grand Poobah and All Seeing Eyeball, Rich is dedicated to delivering an opportunity for his teammates to compete each and every year. His on the field exploits not to be forgotten Rich also serves as the centerpiece of the Knights D and was recognized this past season as the MFL’s Most Outstanding LB and Knights Team MVP.

2nd Team Defensive Back: Patrick Thomas
The quiet man lets his game speak for itself, and its loud! Patty has been a steady and stable playmaking presence in the Knights secondary through all of its years of success. His ability to compete with the leagues most elite talent at one of the most talented positions in the MFL is a true testament to his abilities and contribution on the field.

Practice jerseys and apparel are now on order!!!
We will also be looking into team discounts for any equipment needs and cleats in the coming weeks for all players who are interested. If you do not have your own equipment ordering through the team will be the most cost affective way of getting your gear. The Knights will have no association with any agreements reached for gear borrowed from other programs.
There will be a meeting of the Dartmouth Knights Team Executive @ 7:30pm followed by an MFL Business meeting this Tuesday @ 8:00pm at coach Anstey's Office. All team executive please confirm attendance with coach Anstey. Any players looking to take an increased role in team admin affairs are also encouraged to contact Tristan Croft if interested.
April 8th Update:
The new uniforms have been approved and ordered by the team executive. Players are encouraged to get their fees in asap. The new unis will be all purple with black strips down the sides similar to the Denver Broncos style. The numbers will be stitched white with Knights stitched at the top of numbers.
The executive has also reached a final decision on the apparel designs and will have samples available to view in the coming weeks.
All players will be assigned a practice Jerseys and Knights Football T's when registration and fees have been received/submitted.
The Knights would like to extend a thank you to the team at Prodigy sports for assisting them with a great deal on this years uniforms, practice jerseys and team apparel.
